Jay W. Henderson began practicing law in California in 1971. Now Of Counsel to Wade Law, Jay led our predecessor firm, Jay W. Henderson, Ltd., for over 40 years.

Jay attended Church College of Hawaii, Laie, Hawaii from 1959 to 1961, where he studied pre-med, economics, music, and international relations. He then went on to Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree with dual majors in Political Science and Economics. Following that, Jay attended Arizona State University College of Law, graduating in 1970, and was admitted to the California Bar in January of 1971.

Jay was born and raised in California. Married for 50 years, he has six children and 20 grandchildren. Being a licensed commercial pilot, author, teacher and musician makes him well rounded.
